Friday, June 26: Springsteen - Liberate Me from Nothing (Biographical/Musical/Drama, USA, 2025, directed by Scott Cooper)
The film takes the audience on an intimate journey through the life of Bruce Springsteen, alternating childhood memories with crucial moments of his artistic career. From the New Jersey of the '50s, where young Bruce grows up in a family marked by economic difficulties and a complex relationship with his father Douglas, to the early '80s when Springsteen has become an international rock star thanks to hits like Born to Run, Hungry Heart, and The River. After a long world tour, Bruce retreats to the quiet of New Jersey to work on what will become one of the most personal and intense albums of his career: Nebraska. Amidst small-town venues, unexpected encounters, and new relationships, the film chronicles the creative process behind some of his most iconic songs, often born from true stories, personal anxieties, and family memories. Initially recorded simply and almost artisanally in his bedroom with a four-track recorder, Nebraska takes shape as a deeply authentic work, away from the commercial logic of the music industry. While producers push for more radio-friendly sounds and successful hits, Springsteen chooses to remain true to his artistic vision, simultaneously confronting personal crises, loneliness, and depression. An intense and engaging narrative that goes beyond music, presenting the human portrait of an artist capable of transforming fragility, memory, and anxieties into timeless songs.

Friday, July 10: Lilo & Stitch (Animation/Adventure/Comedy/Family, USA, 2025, directed by Dean Fleischer Camp)
Little Lilo lives in Hawaii with her older sister Nani, who struggles to take care of her after the loss of their parents. Lonely, imaginative, and often misunderstood, Lilo finds a truly special friend when she meets a strange blue creature she thinks is a dog and decides to name Stitch.
But Stitch hides a secret: he is actually Experiment 626, an alien creature designed to sow chaos and destruction, who has escaped from a distant planet and is pursued by both his creator, the eccentric scientist Jumba, and the galactic authorities intent on bringing him back.
Amidst chases, hilarious situations, and moments of great tenderness, a deep bond forms that will lead Lilo and Stitch to discover the true meaning of the word ohana: family. A family that, although imperfect and unconventional, means that no one gets left behind or forgotten.

Theo and Ivy Rose seem to have it all: a successful career, a beautiful home, two children, and a seemingly perfect life. He is an established architect, and she is a creative and passionate chef. But behind the image of the ideal family, cracks begin to emerge.
When a massive professional failure puts Theo in crisis, while Ivy's restaurant suddenly becomes a staggering success, the couple's balance shifts.
